Nova Pets Shipping Policy

At Nova Pets, we strive to get your pet essentials to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates

Our standard shipping timeframe is typically:

  • Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

Note: These timeframes are estimates. Factors such as customs processing (for international orders), extreme weather, or carrier delays may impact the final delivery date.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nova Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can also reach out to our support team at tobibooynes@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
